This Chamber Summons has been filed seeking condonation of delay of three days in filing appearance on behalf of the Defendant.

The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Plaintiff states that he has no objection if this Chamber Summons is allowed and the Defendant is allowed to be Pg 1 of 2

Considering the consensus between parties, the Chamber Summons is allowed. The delay of three days is condoned and the Defendant is allowed to file Vakalatnama of his advocate in the above suit. The learned advocate for the Plaintiff has already served a copy of the Summons for Judgment being Summons for Judgment No.94 of 2017 on the advocate for the Defendant. The Defendant shall file his affidavit in reply to the Summons for Judgment on or before 30th November, 2017 and serve a copy of the same on the advocate for the Plaintiff. The Chamber Summons is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs.
