1] Learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for respondent No.1 have placed on record the consent terms as entered between the parties dated 29th April 2019, which are signed in original by the authorized representative of the petitioner and the petitioner's advocate as also advocate for respondent No.1. Mr. Hendra Waskito, the authorized representative of respondent No.1, is stated to have also signed the consent terms at Singapore and the said signed copy is yet to be received as it is said to be in transit. The consent terms also annex a copy of the Minutes of Meeting of Board of Directors of respondent No.1 held on 11th December, 1/2

2 CARBP 1017 OF 2018 2018 authorizing Mr. Hendra Waskito to sign the consent terms. 2] Learned counsel for the petitioner and respondent No.1 state that these consent terms be taken on record. The petitioner and respondent No.1 undertake to place on record the consent terms duly signed by the parties as also bearing the signature of Mr. Hendra Waskito, within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted.

3] The consent terms as tendered by the learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel respondent No.1, are taken on record and marked as "X" for identification. The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of copy of consent terms.

4] Learned counsel for petitioner and respondent No.1 jointly state that except as provided in paragraph No.1(b) of the Consent terms, there shall be no claim against respondent Nos.2 and 3 banks. 5] The consent terms shall become effective from today, although the consent terms bearing the signature of Mr. Hendra Waskito, on behalf of respondent No.1, would be subsequently placed on record, which would then stand marked as "X-1" for identification. 6] Disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
