P.C. :- 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would apply for enforcement of the order dated 11th March, 2015 passed by this Court to the office of the Court Receiver and has agreed to deposit the requisite fees, charges and expenses simultaneously. The petitioner shall also pay Rs.3000/- payable on this application as and by way of costs to the office of the Court Receiver simultaneously.

It is made clear that if the petitioner does not apply for enforcement of the order dated 11th March, 2015 passed by this Court within two weeks and/or does not pay the requisite charges, the order dated 11th March, 2015 passed by this Court to stand vacated without 1/2

crr524-15 further reference to the Court.

It is made clear that even if the order is vacated, the petitioner will have to pay the requisite costs, charges and expenses and Rs.3000/- towards the costs of this application to the office of the Court Receiver.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
