Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has no objection if the Court Receiver is discharged and agrees to pay the costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from the date of communication of such charges and also agrees to pay a sum of Rs.3000/- payable on this application simultaneously. The statement is accepted. 2.

The Court Receiver stands discharged without making of any accounts however, on payment of costs, charges and expenses 1/2

crr391-15 and on payment of Rs.3000/-.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
