Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would lodge a copy of the order dated 25th November, 2014 along with a copy of the petition within two weeks from today and would also deposit the costs, charges and expenses of the Court Receiver as may be demanded within two weeks from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner has also agreed to pay the costs of Rs.3000/- towards the costs of this application to the office of the Court Receiver within two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.

It is made clear that if the copy of the order along with the petition is not lodged and the amounts as directed are not deposited 1/2

crr525-15 within the time prescribed, the order dated 25th November, 2014 passed by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the Court subject to payment of costs, charges and expenses and also cost of Rs.3000/-.

The Court Receiver's Report is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
