Mr.Mehta, learned counsel for the original petitioner states that the petitioner has already lodged a copy of the order dated 11th March, 2015 passed by this Court in the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement today and states that all costs, charges and expenses of the office of the Court Receiver will be paid and also states that the original petitioner has already deposited the requisite amount along with application for enforcement. 2.

It is submitted that the original petitioner has also paid the costs of Rs.3000/- payable on this application in the office of the Court Receiver. The statement is accepted.
