Pursuant to order dated 25th January 2021, one Mr. P. K. Sharma, Superintendent of Salt on behalf of respondents, has filed an affidavit dated 28th January 2021, stating that an amount of Rs.1,94,21,537/- is due and payable by petitioner to respondents. In the affidavit, it is also stated that petitioner has completely stopped payment since 2015. Affidavit has been served to petitioner on 28th January 2021 itself. Mr. Amit Sheth appearing for petitioner states that no amount has been paid after the order of 25th January 2021 was passed.

In view of the self operating order dated 25th January 2021, the petition is dismissed. Ad-interim order granted in 2013 stands vacated. (K.R.SHRIRAM, J) Meera Jadhav
