Detailed arguments are sought to be advanced as regards correctness of the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the order passed in Appeal. We have to be mindful of the limitations of the review jurisdiction. If the order is incorrect, the parties have a remedy to challenge the same. Assuming review jurisdiction, rehearing cannot be done.
