Learned Counsel for the parties make a joint statement that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and Consent Minutes of the order have been executed. The learned Counsel have tendered Consent Minutes of the Order. The Consent Minutes of the Order are taken on record and marked "X".

The consent minutes of the order are executed by Capt. Mohamed Abubaker Vaid, plaintiff No. 1, and an authorised representative of the rest of the plaintiffs, and Mr. Anoop Trehon, Managing Director of the defendant No. 2.

Capt. Mohamed Abubaker Vaid, plaintiff No. 1 is present. He admits the contents of the Consent Minutes of the Order. Mr. Anoop Trehan, Managing Director of Defendant No. 2 is also present. He also admits the contents of the Consent Minutes of the order.

It seems that the parties have arrived at an amicable resolution of the dispute and there is no coercion or duress. The suit stands disposed of in accordance with Consent Minutes of the Order (X).

The plaintiffs are entitled to refund of court fees, if any, in accordance with the rules.

The Registry shall release the amount in accordance with the consent Minutes of Order(X).

7.

The amount to be disbursed to the plaintiffs in accordance with the Consent Minutes of the Order be credited in the account of the respective plaintiffs, to be furnished by the learned Counsel for the plaintiffs.
