Learned Counsel for the parties submits that the question involved in this Petition has already been considered and decided in the case of Maharashtra Federation of University & College Teachers Organization Vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors. Writ Petition No. 2082 of 2013 decided vide order dated 23rd December, 2015.

In view of the aforesaid we dispose of this Petition in terms of the said order passed in Writ Petition No. 2082 of 2013. The directions in the said order shall apply with full force to this Petition also. With the said directions this Petition is disposed of.
