Learned Counsel for the parties have tendered consent terms dated 9 December 2019 as entered between the parties. It is stated that the parties have settled the disputes outside the Court. It is stated that an amount of Rs.34 lakhs has already been paid by the award debtor to the award creditor as more particularly set out in Clause 3 of the consent terms. The consents terms are signed by the authorised representative of the award debtor and award creditor. Their signatures are also identified by their respective advocates who have also signed the consent terms. A board resolution authorising the representatives of the parties to sign/execute the consent terms are also annexed to the
pvr 14EXA1056-18 consent terms. There is no dispute on the signatures on the consent terms. The consent terms are accordingly taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

Execution application is disposed of in terms of the consent terms and as the award stands fully satisfied in terms of the consent terms. No costs.

Learned Counsel for the award debtor undertakes to file Vakalatnama within two days from today.
