ORDER

(A) Attachment Warrant dated 31st August, 2013 issued by this Court is set aside.

(B) In view of setting aside the attachment warrant dated 31st August, 2013 nothing is survived in the present Chamber Summons.

(C) The Chamber Summons stands disposed of, as infructuous.
