We have perused the Farad Sheet of the suit which shows that on 24th January 2008, the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master dismissed the suit for default. There is no order placed on the Farad Sheet which shows that the suit has been restored. Thereforer, the present appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of.
