Heard the learned Counsels for the parties. Both Counsels submit that matter is settled out of Court. They tendered the Consent Terms dated 31st August, 2017 duly signed by the parties.

Both Counsels submit that respective parties are present before this Court.

Advocate for Defendants submits that present Consent Terms are signed by Defendant No.1 on behalf of Defendants No.2 to 8 as a Power of Attorney holder. He 1/2

Consent Terms dated 31st August, 2017 are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Decree in terms of Consent Terms.

Undertaking given by parties in Clause 6.2, 6.3 and 10 to 14 of consent terms are accepted.

Suit stands disposed of in terms of Consent Terms. 7.

The terms of the Consent Terms to be treated as part and parcel of decree.

8.

Refund of Court fees according to Rules.
