It is case of the Petitioners that, CTS No. 195-Part does not fall under the CR Zone . The learned counsel appearing for Union of India submits that no proposal has been submitted by the Petitioner as per the OM dated 8th August, 2011. We, therefore, direct the Petitioner to give a proposal in accordance with law and and in accordance with OM dated 8th August, 2011 1 / 2

WP. 2808-14 within two weeks. If such a proposal is received, the MCZMA shall process it within four weeks thereafter and recommend it to the NCZMA. Thereafter within four weeks, the NCZMA shall forward the proposal to the Union of India, who shall take a decision in accordance with law within four weeks thereafter. The entire process may be completed within a period of fourteen weeks. With these directions, writ petition is disposed of, reserving the right of the Petitioner to approach this Court, in the event any adverse order is passed. Sd/- Sd/- [M. S. SONAK, J.] [V. M.
