Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned A.G.P. filed affidavit of one Laxman Shivram Lashkar, Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies (Acting Charge), G-North Ward dated 7.12.2016 stating that he undertakes to implement immediately the order dated 28.4.2014, 14.10.2015 and notice dated 6.12.2016.

The learned A.G.P. submits that deponent Laxman Shivram Lashkar is present in court. His undertaking is accepted.

901 wp2473-16 submits that in view of the undertaking given by Deputy Registrar by his affidavit dated 7.12.2016 and accepted by this court, petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh in case the said order is not complied and for remaining reliefs. To that effect, counsel for the petitioner gave in writing on Farad. Same is taken on record and marked as Exhibit-A for identification. Same is accepted. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.

b) Liberty granted as prayed.

c) No order as to costs.
