Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the applicants/plaintiffs and averments made in affidavit in support of the Execution Application, I satisfy that the plaintiff has made out a case for allowing the notice. Hence, the following order:-
ORDER
i) Notice preferred by the plaintiff under Order XXI, Rule 22 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is allowed; ii) The plaintiff is permitted to proceed with the execution application according to law.
