After arguing at length on the basis of broad consensus arrived between the parties during the course of hearing, we dispose of this Petition by directing the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee to consider and decide the Petitioners' application for the interim relief filed in Appeal No. 01 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible but not later than 30th November, 2017. The parties to appear before the Committee on 18th November, 2017. The Committee on that day itself or thereafter but in any case before 30th November, 2017 shall consider and decide the said application.

We record the statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No. 4 that the Respondent No. 4 shall not raise any construction or demolition on the subject plot till the Petitioner's application for interim relief is decided by the Committee.

Needless to say that the aforesaid statement will not came in the way of the Respondent No. 4 while arguing the matter before the Committee.

All contentions are kept open.
