The Application is made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 06.09.2016.

It is submitted that in the first paragraph on the second line of the order dated 06.09.2016 it is wrongly mentioned that "We find that on the last date also, the same Advocate had taken time on the same ground." It is submitted that in fact on the earlier date i.e. on 29.08.2016, the affidavit Borey 1/2

spb/ 7conp81-13.odt in reply was filed by the Respondents and, therefore, time was taken by the Petitioner.

Accordingly, to that extent the order dated 06.09.2016 stands modified.
