Learned Counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad. The look-out circular is issued against the Applicant. None appears for the Respondent no.3-Bank. Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that twice the Bank has been served. The affidavit to that effect is also placed on record.

The Applicant was also earlier permitted to travel abroad.

In view of the above, we pass the following order :- (i) The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad from Mumbai to Singapore from 12.08.2022 upto 30.09.2022.

(ii) The Applicant shall file an affidavit with the Prothonotary and Senior Master that the Applicant will return to India on or before 30.09.20200. A copy of the said affidavit shall also be given to the Bank. (iii) The Applicant shall file on affidavit the details of the movable and immovable assets possessed by the Applicant. Said affidavit shall be filed with the Prothonotary and Senior Master and a copy of the said affidavit shall aslo be given to the Bank. (iv) The Applicant is permitted to travel overseas however by economy class.

(v) The said condition shall be adhered to by the Applicant.

(vi) During the aforesaid period the look-out circular will not operate against the Applicant for travelling abroad as observed above.

(vii) The Interim Application stands disposed of. (viii) The parties to act on authenticated copy of this order.
