P.C. :- 1] It is clarified that in the order dated 1 February 2016, only the contention of the learned counsel for Respondent No.2 was recorded by this Court. As such, there was no justification on the part of the Respondent No.2-Society to put up this Court's order dated 1 February 2016 on the notice board, in an attempt to create an impression that this Court had directed or accepted that the Petitioners are due and payable a sum of Rs.22 Lacs to the Society. It is clarified that this Court had done nothing of this sort and also not gone into this issue at all.

2] The learned counsel for Respondent No.2 now states that this order must have been removed from the notice board and any other 1/2

DSS 903-wp-2529-15 places where such order may have been put-up or in any case, the same will be removed by the Society, within the next two days from today. This statement is accepted as the statement on behalf of Respondent No.2-Society.

3] The learned counsel for the Petitioners, on basis of instructions from the Petitioners, states that the Petitioners does not wish to press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same. 4] Accordingly, leave as prayed for is granted. This petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
