This Motion has been taken out for condonation of one days delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order dated 17th April 2015 passed by the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal.

We have perused the Affidavit of Shri. A.K. Moria, Assistant Commissioner, Division-II, Central GST, Daman Commissionerate dated 7th September 2017 in support of the Motion and are satisfied with the reasons indicated therein for the delay in filing the Appeal from the impugned Order. 4.
