Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons stated in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), which is reproduced hereunder :

(A) that the Plaintiffs may be directed to bring the Applicant as Defendant No.3 and also may be directed to amend the Plaint and proceedings as per the Schedule annexed hereto within prescribed time as may be granted by this Hon'ble Court;

Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week from today. A copy of the amended Plaint shall be served on the newly added Defendant. The Chamber Summons is accordingly disposed of. 3.
