Heard both Counsel.

The submission is that there is a Review Authority available under the service condition. Therefore, the Petitioner to move Review Application before the said authority.

We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition by permitting the Petitioner to file Review Application within three weeks along with relevant documents, if any.

Respondent Bank to decide the Review Application in accordance with law as early as possible preferably within four weeks. However, pending final decision of Review Application and two weeks thereafter, if any adverse order is passed against the Petitioner, 1/2

Petition is disposed of as alternate remedy is available to the Petitioner. No order as to costs.
