The Official Liquidator has already procured records concerning workmen of the company in liquidation from the Regional Provident Fund Authority, Kandivali, Mumbai. The report merely seeks an authentication of that record from the authority. Learned Counsel for the authority submits that the authority shall authenticate the record, if the record for which such authentication as required, is made available by the Official Liquidator. Such authentication to be carried out within a period of two weeks from the date such record is handed over by the Official Liquidator.

M/s V. A. Bapat & Co. are appointed as Chartered Accountants to assist the Official Liquidator to adjudicate the claims of the workmen of the company in liquidation. The fees of the Chartered Accountants are fixed at Rs.250/- per claim. The fees shall be disbursed from the funds lying to the credit of the company in liquidation.
