Heard learned counsel for the parties. We have perused the impugned circular.

In the facts of the case, we observe that the Petitioner is entitled to file a comprehensive representation in respect of the subject matter to the Municipal Corporation. If such representation of the petitioner is received, the same may be looked into within six weeks from the date of its receipt by the Corporation.

With the aforesaid observations and keeping all issues open, petition is disposed of with liberty.
