1] Arbitration Application deserve disposal as the learned counsel for the Respondent has handed over a Demand Draft or Rs.4 Lakh to the learned counsel for the Applicant. The receipt of the Demand Draft is acknowledged by the learned counsel for the Applicant. 2] The payment is accepted subject to an Undertaking by the respondent that the tax payable (10%) on the said amount shall be deposited by the Respondent on or before 31.07.2023. Upon receipt of the amount in the form of Demand Draft, the learned counsel for the Applicant state that he is ready to waive his claim to the tune of Rs.2,572/-.

In the wake of abovesaid understanding Arbitration Application stands disposed off.
