They submit that the Consent Terms be taken on record and the above Admiralty Suit be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The Consent Terms are signed by the Authorized Signatory of the Plaintiff and the Authorized Signatory of the Defendant. The Consent Terms are also signed by the Advocates for the parties.

2. The above Admiralty Suit is disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms marked 'X'. Refund of Court fees, if any, as per rules.

3. No order as to Costs.

4. The Plaintiff undertakes to pay Poundage as per rules within two weeks from today.

5. All authorities including the Prothonotary & Senior Master, to act on a copy of this Order duly authenticated by the Associate of this Court.
