Mr.Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the review petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this review petition on the ground that the petition has become infructuous. He invited my attention to the order dated 1st March 2017 passed by the learned Company Registrar rejecting the review petition under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (Original Side) Rules for non-compliance of the office objections. 2.
