Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the first repondent who opposes the prayer for condonation of delay.

The relief in terms of prayer clause (b) of the Notice of Motion No.450 of 2013 was sought only against the first respondent.

Considering the averments made in the affidavit in support, sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Accordingly, Notice of Motion is made absolute in terms of prayer
