Therefore, the suit is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the above, the interim applications also stand disposed. Refund, if any of court fees in accordance with rules. Since the plaintiff is withdrawing the suit, the question of defendant renewing the bank guarantee does not arise. The registry to cancel the earlier bank guarantee and return the same to the defendant.
