For the reasons set out in that order, the Petition is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a), which read thus: "(a) That a Legal Heirship Certificate, be issued Certifying that Bhanumati Ranjitsingh Parmar (Mother and Petitioner) is the only heir and Legal representative of the deceased under the provision of Bombay Regulation Act VIII of 1827.
