Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent. Review Petition filed by the applicant has been rejected under the order dated th January, 2010 passed by the learned Prothonotary and Senior Master in exercise of powers under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court Original Side Rules.

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicant states that the objections in Review Petition were already removed.

nma-618.16.odt In view of averments made in the affidavit in support, notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

As there is no office noting that objections in Review Petition have been removed, we grant time of four weeks to the applicants to remove all objections in the Review Petition. If office objections are not removed within the stipulated time, the order of rejection of the Review Petition shall stand.
