Mr Shinde states that the petitioner has been admitted to Group-I in the LL.M. degree course.

Once the petitioner's substantial grievance has been redressed and he has been admitted, for such other reliefs like compensation or payment of litigation charges are concerned, the petitioner will have to initiate and institute separate proceedings. In that he will have to establish and prove that the loss or damage is caused and that is why the compensation should be awarded. A writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot 4th October 2019
916-OSWP2586-19.DOC justifiably be a remedy to grant such relief and on one sided version of the petitioner.
