The only grievance of the Petitioners is that their complaint is not being considered by the SRA. This being the only grievance of the Petitioners, petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No. 1 to consider the Petitioners' complaint dated 5.8.2013 filed through their advocate and deal with the same on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within 12 weeks.
