This petition was filed as far back on 21/8/2018 in order to challenge arbitral award dated 16/2/2011. The notice of motion alongwith petition prays for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the accompanying petition.

It is significant to note that from the date of its filing this petition alongwith notice of motion was not listed even once before this Court. It was only when this Court directed that such matters, filed and kept pending, be listed before this Court that petition and the notice of motion have seen the light of the day. Even today, when the petition alongwith notice of motion is called out for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the applicant / petitioner. It appears that they are not interested in pursuing the present petition. Hence, list on 21/4/2023 under the caption 'For Dismissal'."
