Learned Counsel for the insolvent tenders an affidavit dated 21 August 2015 of the insolvent. The affidavit shows compliance of all requirements of the Official Assignee, save and except the personal income tax return of the insolvent requisitioned by the Official Assignee. Learned Counsel for the insolvent seeks two weeks' time to submit this return. The insolvent is permitted to submit a copy of his last personal income tax return within a period of two weeks from today. Having regard to the compliance of other requirements and assurance given for submission of personal income tax returns, the Notice of Motion is disposed of by confirming the ad-interim relief granted on 21 August 2015. As mentioned in the order dated 21 August 2015, the insolvent now shall attend all dates of public and private examination as intimated to him by the Official Assignee. The first date of private examination is fixed on 8 September 2015 at 12.00 noon.
