There were two claimants. One claimant has withdrawn. Another claimant who has applied for proportionate share seeks to prosecute the further claim of that claimant for enhancement of the compensation in LAR No.3 of 2011. In this LAR Rs.10.12 lacs has been deposited with the Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court. The suit amount would have been invested. The claimant in this LAR being M/s. Majas Land Development Corporation shall be entitled to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the SLAO to the credit of the above LAR with all accrued interest thereon. 2.

Further claim, if any, for enhancement compensation, if any, of the said claimant shall be considered under LAR No.3 of 2011. 3.

This LAR is disposed of accordingly.
