This is a petition filed under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (for short "the Act"), whereby the petitioner has prayed for issuance of witness summons to Mr. Vikrant Patil and Mr. Ankit D. Save whose address are set out at page No.3, paragraph 8 of the petition.

Having heard Mr. Bharucha, learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the averment made in this petition, it is in the interest of justice that the witness summons be issued as prayed for the respondent also, would not have any objection.
