Heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner. By this application, the applicant seeks post-grant amendment of the letters of administration issued on 07.07.2021. It is submitted that after the grant was issued, the applicant became aware of certain insurance policies lying in the name of the deceased as also certain deposits before the Department of Posts. In that light, the applicant proposes to amend the schedule to the original petition in terms of Exhibit B annexed to the application. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads as follows: "(a) that I may be allowed to grant leave to amend the Schedule-I of the petition and the Original Grant of Letters of Administration dated 07th day of July, 2021 by adding therein the proposed amendment in Exhibit "B" hereto." 3.

Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. Reverification is dispensed with. Department to take consequential steps in the matter.
