The Petitioner is the father of one Nirmala Harishanker Rathi, who is today about 38 years old. She has severe mental health issues - to the extent that she is incapable of looking after herself and managing her property. The Petition seeks a formal order for the appointment of the Petitioner as the guardian of the person and property of his daughter Nirmala and for other directions to the State Bank of India, Kalbadevi Branch, to pay the amount lying to the credit of a PPF account in the name of Nirmala to the Petitioner. 2.

The amendments to the Petition today have been effected under my directions.
