The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that by efflux of time the main relief which is sought in the Petitions cannot be granted. He, however, submits that the only issue is pending regarding joint measurement.

We dispose of these Petitions with liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Respondents for joint measurement. Upon such representation being made, the Respondents shall decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from making such a representation.
