Matter is mentioned not on board. Learned counsel for the applicant states that notice of mentioning the matter is given to the respondent's advocate. Statement is accepted. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant wants to deposit the amount as directed by this Court on 12th January 2018 by cheque but office has refused to accept the cheque by the applicant. It is submitted that if the cheque is not acceptable by office, time to deposit the amount by a pay order be extended by a period of 15 days.

Time to comply with the orders dated 12th January 2018 and extended by 7th March 2018 is extended by a period of one week from today. It is made clear that the amount of deposit shall carry the interest upto the date of deposit as directed by an order dated 12th January 2018. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. The applicant
