The grievance of the Petitioner is that in its institution, the Petitioner has appointed two Shikshan-Sevaks and for the approval of their appointments a proposal has been sent on 1st September, 2016 (Exhibit C) and on 2nd September, 2016 (Exhibit D) but the same has not been decided as yet and in the meanwhile the RespondentEducation Inspector has sent Teachers to be appointed in the Petitioner-institute in place of them.

Having regard to the aforesaid, we are inclined to dispose of this Petition by directing Respondent-Education Inspector to consider and take appropriate decision on the Petitioner's proposals Exhibit C and D as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 4.

Till the Petitioner's proposal is decided there shall be interim order in terms of the prayer clause (d). 5.

The Petitioner's representative to appear before Respondent No. 1 on 10th October, 2016 at 3.00 p.m. The Respondent shall give opportunity of hearing him and then pass appropriate order in accordance with law.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
