The above OLR is filed seeking permission to make payment of Rs. 20,135/- to Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd. This money is to be paid out of the sum deposited by the Applicant-Ex-Director of the Company (in Liquidation), in Interim Application No. 1065 of 2019. 2.

After hearing the Representative of the Official Liquidator and for the reasons stated in the above OLR, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

6 OLR 83-22.DOCX "(a)In view of para (7) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court would be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to make the payment of a sum of Rs. 20,135/- to Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd. advertising agency out of the funds of the Company (In Liqn.) deposited by applicant in Interim Application No. 1065 of 2019 after deducting TDS as applicable."

The aforesaid payment of Rs. 20,135/- to Admire Publicity Pvt. Ltd., shall be made within a period of four weeks from today. 4.

The above OLR is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
