Mr. Khandekar states that even at the at-interim stage on 13th October 2014 none appeared for defendants though served. Paragraph 2 of the said order states "two affidavits of service are filed" and attempts were also made to serve defendants by email. Nobody has appeared for defendants and no affidavit in reply also is filed. Mr. Khandekar states that plaintiff will be happy with the Court confirming the order dated 13th October 2014 as order in the notice of motion.

In view of the above, the order dated 13th October 2014 is confirmed as order in the notice of motion and notice of motion accordingly stands disposed.
