Mr. Chande appearing on behalf of the applicants-plaintiffs submits that by an order of 26 th November 2021 passed in R/Company Application No.83 of 2018, along with connected applications, in Company Petition No.36 of 2006, the Gujarat High Court has revived the Company Petition, but has transferred the same to National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad. The order of the Liquidation is kept in abeyance. He therefore seeks to withdraw this Summons for Judgment with liberty to apply by way of a fresh Summons for Judgment, if so advised.

Accordingly, the Summons for Judgment is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
