Heard learned counsel for the Official Liquidator. By this Official Liquidator's Report (OLR), the following directions are sought :

"a) In view of para supra (6), whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in appointing/continuing the services of Smt. S Jasmine Advocate in W.P. (C) No.23355 of 2022 before the Hon'ble High Court, Kerala;

bipin prithiani 4-olr-126.23.doc b) In view of para supra (7) & (8), whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit Official Liquidator to pay the professional fees of Smt. S Jasmine Advocate, as and when bills received, out of the Common Pull Fund of Official Liquidator subject to reimbursement as may be applicable." 3.

This Court has perused the documents filed along with the OLR. The directions as sought deserve to be granted. 4.

Hence, the OLR is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), quoted herein above.
