As directed by this Court on 16th October, 2019, the Plaintiffs were directed to furnish undertakings to pay deficit Court Fee if order of Taxing Master is upheld. Few of the Plaintiffs have given undertaking. Now they want discharge from the same. So, let Plaintiff Nos. 1 to 15 except Plaintiff No.3 be discharged from their respective undertakings.
