We do not think that the tentative and prima facie observations made at the stage of consideration of a request for grant of ad-interim relief would necessarily influence the outcome of the Notice of Motion, which is pending. In that, the appropriate interim orders can be sought. At this stage, we are not inclined to interfere. The Appeal is dismissed.
